‘Almost Sunrise’ shows transformation of veterans through nature
It’s not uncommon to turn to a long walk — perhaps a mile, maybe two — to clear one’s head. Less common is the 2,700-mile walk that took Anthony Anderson and Tom Voss from Wisconsin to California. But then again, the pair of Iraq combat veterans had more to work through than most civilians can comprehend.
